The European GDPR and the Law of Data was installed on May 25th, 2018 and demands that all businesses that hold personal data make official how these data are being protected. Therefore GDPR is always a part of the privacy policies of Kathrineelizabeth.com

Your information will be held in a GDPR approved secure cloud based digital system (right now it is Planway) or locked in a fireproof cabinet in my home clinic.

You can always withdraw your accept of my holding your information. You can do this by contacting me through my professional email at: info@kathrineelizabeth.com

I shall inform you that I do not give your personal information, email, name, telephone number, or session notes on to any kind of third party. I take good care of my clients’ personal information and do not share them with anyone. All notes made in relation to coaching and energy balancing will be erased after we have ended our collaboration. If you have no particular wish, I will keep your information for 2 years and then erase it.

I am bound by full confidentiality in all types of sessions. If, however, you choose to participate in a group session, you will share some personal information with me and co-participants. And there can be occasional recording of such sessions if all participants agree on a written note to the recording.

I communicate with you through an SSL secure encrypted mailing system.

In both coaching and energy balancing we will meet over Zoom which is a GDPR secure encrypted system. 1:1 coaching sessions will not be recorded unless we both agree on it.

Before you use my services you need to agree to both terms & conditions and privacy policies through the booking system. By booking you consent that you agree to these.

You have a right to insight into the collection of data that I hold on you and you have the right to ask for deletion of all data that are possible to delete.
