In this life-changing group coaching program, you’ll learn 5 powerful steps to activate your body’s natural healing capacity. Through a combination of mind-body techniques, individual guidance, and concrete tools, you won’t just understand why you feel the way you do – you’ll learn what to do about it.
The program draws on neuroscience, Buddhist traditions, and the latest insights from quantum field theory. This unique synthesis makes complex knowledge both practical and transformative – so you can begin to feel real shifts, even while the program is still running.
The program includes:
5 group sessions with live teaching, Q&A and shared reflection (2.5 hours per session):
You’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, shift your stress response, and work with your body’s inner wisdom. Each session bridges theory and practice to give you an integrated understanding of lasting healing.
1 x 60 min personal coaching session:
A one-on-one session to explore your personal situation in depth and create a tailored action plan that fits your needs and life circumstances.
2 x 30 min follow-up sessions:
These sessions help you stay on track, adapt your new habits, and receive support as you continue working with your symptoms and balancing your everyday life.
